Happy hens lay better eggs. We started with that idea in 2018 and haven't deviated from it since. No cages, no shortcuts, no overnight storage just eggs the way they're supposed to be.
Our Story
It started with one bad omelette.
In 2017, someone visiting a small countryside village noticed a breakfast that tasted unlike anything in the city. Richer. More vibrant. Truly flavorful.
They spent months figuring out why. The answer was simple: the local farm animals roamed freely, ate natural food, and the produce was always fresh. City supermarket offerings processed, packaged, weeks old couldn't compare.
By 2018, they decided to start a small farm with a handful of animals and one stubborn rule: nothing leaves the farm unless it was prepared that morning. A few years later, the operation had grown, serving hundreds of families, and that rule still held strong.

Three rules we never break.

Collected the same morning
Every egg is picked by hand on the morning of delivery. We don't refrigerate, we don't stockpile. If it wasn't collected today, it doesn't ship today.

Free-range, always
Our hens have open-field access from sunrise to sunset. No cages, no crowded sheds. A stressed hen lays a poorer egg it's that simple.

No antibiotics, no hormones
We've never used growth hormones or routine antibiotics. Our hens eat natural grain and get veterinary care only when they actually need it.
